A new Florida law now requires fingerprinting for anyone who would like to chaperone on a school field trip. Fingerprinting must be completed through the ACHA system. You can find all the forms at the bottom of this page.
Step 1:
Complete and submit the ACHA Clearinghouse Demographic form and the Privacy Acknowledgement to Rowlett Academy. Submit these to the front desk or via email at [email protected].
Step 2:
HR Manager will submit the demographic information to ACHA to see if a current approved background check is available already (usually through a current employer).
Step3:
HR Manager will contact the candidate to advise if fingerprinting is needed or if a current, approved background check was available.
-If NO acceptable, current results, HR will provide the candidate with the ACHA request form and as well as a form to use at All for Life to get fingerprints who will charge for $80 for this service. The regular cost can range from $90-110, but Rowlett as a special agreement for discounted services. When results are returned (2-10 days) HR will advise candidate of the results.
- If acceptable, current results ARE available, HR will also advise candidate and add the candidate's name to the approved list.
