Mrs. Karalis' Kindergarten Krew!

Welcome to Kindergarten at Rowlett Academy!  

 

My name is Paula Karalis. I just completed my 36th year of teaching, all in the primary grades, but I have a special place in my heart for kindergartners.  I am one of Rowlett's "founding" staff members and am very proud to teach at such an amazing school. My classroom is a warm and inviting space, structured with little people's individual development and socialization in mind.  We will have fun listening to and acting out stories, singing songs, playing in learning centers, and learning new things every day.  I am so excited to begin another school year working with kindergarten students!  

 

All About Me! 

I am a native Texan who moved to Bradenton in 1995 after falling in love with the area while on vacation. I am married, have two grown children, and have three very spoiled cats.  When not in the classroom, I enjoy reading, walking, and gardening.
