Rowlett Academy K-5 campus seeks an experienced and dynamic instructional leader to serve as Principal beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. The Principal serves as the primary member of the elementary school leadership team, advancing academic excellence while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports student achievement and well-being.
We are seeking a student-centered instructional leader with a proven record of improving academic outcomes and building a positive, inclusive school culture. The ideal candidate is a visible and approachable leader who forms strong relationships with students, staff, and families, while effectively coaching and developing teachers. This individual is highly organized, able to manage complex school operations, and leads with integrity, empathy, and accountability. A strong alignment with Leader in Me and a passion for empowering student voice and leadership are essential, along with a commitment to innovative practices such as arts integration.
