Mrs. Sperko
Hi! I am Mrs. Sperko, a 3rd grade teacher at Rowlett Academy for Arts and Communication. I have been teaching for 25 years, 21 years in Manatee County. I am from Nebraska and love to share about my family there. My mother and father live on a farm there. I am married to a firefighter and have 6 children, Kelsie, Mitch, Jake, Kourtney, Kaitlyn and Keegan and one grandchild. I lived in Africa and worked with an organization that help rescue homeless children off the streets. I also volunteered in the schools and met some wonderful teachers and students. I love to share about my experiences while I lived there. Africa has a special place in my heart as I have some very dear friends that live there. I love teaching and am so blessed to be a part of Rowlett Academy!
